Email account setup using Outlook 2003

1) Browse to the E-mail Accounts... section.

2) Select the 'Add' radio button and click NEXT.

3) Select the POP3 radio button and click NEXT

4) Enter the details from your welcome email into the appropriate boxes and then click on the More Settings... button.
     If you have created an email account in cpanel then you will need to enter the actual email address as the username and be prepared to change
the @ sign into a + sign if you have problems logging in. e.g. info+meirhosting.net

5) Set the SMTP authentication checkbox and click OK.

6) Now you are ready to finalise the account setup, click NEXT.
     You have the option to test your settings, click the Test Account Settings... button to allow Outlook to send a quick test email and check your login details.

7) Congratulations you're done, now click FINISH.
